IndianCateres.com does not process, collect, or hold any payments on this Website. All pricing, deposits, and final payments are agreed upon and settled directly between the customer and the vendor, outside of this Website.
When you submit an inquiry or booking request through the Website, your details are forwarded to the relevant vendor(s) so they can contact you (including via WhatsApp, phone, or email) to discuss your requirements, availability, and pricing. Submitting an inquiry does not guarantee that a vendor will accept or fulfill your request.
Customers may submit reviews and ratings for vendors they have interacted with. Reviews must be honest, based on genuine experience, and must not contain false, defamatory, abusive, or unlawful content. We reserve the right to remove any review that violates these standards.
Vendors who register on the Website are responsible for keeping their login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under their account. IndianCateres.com reserves the right to approve, suspend, or remove any vendor listing at its sole discretion, including for inactivity, policy violations, or inaccurate information.

Content submitted by vendors (menus, images, descriptions) remains the property of the respective vendor.
